PRE-DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
Before leaving for Brisbane, please make sure that you have the following items:
☐ Your passport (valid for at least 6 months from your return date) and all travel documents
☐ Valid visa for Australia and transit countries
☐ Photocopies of your passport and visa(s) (for easy replacement if necessary)
☐ Registration confirmation
☐ QR code confirmation to print your name badge at the badge self-printing desks on site
☐ Hotel booking confirmation
☐ Money and credit card (the congress venue is a cashless venue)
☐ Essential medication (and a script from your doctor for prescription medication)
☐ “Survival kit” (basic hygienic articles, extra pair of underwear and clothes) for those arriving by
plane in case your check-in luggage gets lost or delayed
