Improving patient safety and pharmacists wellbeing Pharmacists’ Defence Association The WHO has a major initiative which is considering ways in which to protect the healthcare workforce. This session would show how the PDA has developed this for pharmacy in the UK through the development of a Safer Pharmacies Charter in a way that also improves patient safety. |

Pioneering initiatives of the French Chamber of Pharmacists in the field of shortages, quality and the environment French Chamber of Pharmacists – National Council The French Chamber of Pharmacists would like to present three of its pioneering initiatives to the congress participants. We would like to showcase successful examples which are making pharmacy progress in France in the field of quality, the environment and managing shortages. |
