You can submit your abstract online.
The deadline is the 1st of May 2023 at 23:59 CEST . The system will close after this date and therefore it is not possible to submit any abstracts after this date. You can submit your abstract as of 25 January via the website.

The notification e-mails will be mailed on 25 May 2023.

The accepted abstracts will be published on the FIP website www.fip.org/abstracts  (only accessible by delegates who attended the congress) and in the Pharmacy Education Journal.

No, this is not possible as your abstract has been accepted based on how you have submitted it.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We advise you to make sure that your abstract is up to date before the final submission deadline of  1 May 2023.
Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance by e-mail after the congress. If you have given a poster or oral presentation you will recieve a certificate as well.

Yes, you can make your reservation.  
FIP only accepts payments via Paypal and credit card. This can be a VISA or  MasterCard,  in case your country does not allow/have access to credit cards, please contact FIP Headquarters at congress@fip.org for an alternative payment method. Please do note that an alternative payment method may involve an additional fee.
The proof should be an official document proving your student/recent graduate status. This can be for example a diploma or an official document stating your enrolment in a pharmacy study. The document does not necessarily have to be in English.
The Visa Invitation letter (also for accompanying persons) will be automatically send to your e-mail when you have successfully registered and finalized the payment. If you have not received it, please contact: congress@fip.org
Yes, day cards can be purchased on site @ 300 Euro. Pre-registration for a day card is not possible. Please note: It is not possible to exchange a full congress pre-registration into a day card.

FIP 2023 will take place in the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Brisbane, Australia.

The exhibition packages include complimentary exhibitor registrations. These provide access to the exhibition hall only. To access the full in-person congress programme you will need to buy congress registrations.

Organisations wishing to exhibit at FIP 2023 must follow the criteria for acceptance. These are:

  • The organisation should reflect and/or support the vision and goals of the congress.
  • The organisation should reflect congress policies and goals of diversity and inclusion.
  • FIP reserves the right to reject any booking if the organisation is perceived as not being in line with the values and objectives of FIP 2023.

The exhibition opening hours at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Brisbane, Australia, are as follows:

  • Sunday 24 September 2023: 16:00 – 19:00
  • Monday 25 September 2023: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Tuesday 26 September 2023: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday 27 September 2023: 09:00 – 15:00
